12 Flags is looking to expand investment team and has openings for Associate & Analyst positions. We are looking for curious and switched-on individuals with a passion for investing. Candidates meeting the below criteria can apply to us.
Investment Analyst
🔹 2-4 years of professional experience in PE/VC funds, Tier 1 consulting firms or global investment banks
🔹 Education from tier-1 Institutes
🔹 Excellent communication skills and complete proficiency with MS-Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Investment Associate (Track Role)
🔹 4-6 years of professional experience in PE/VC funds, global consulting firms or investment banks (with minimum of 1 year experience in investing roles)
🔹 Strong academic foundation from reputed institutions; post-MBA profiles will be preferred
🔹 Excellent communication skills and complete proficiency with MS-Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
VC Fellowship Program
VC Fellowship (6–12 months) – Tailored for high-performing undergraduates exploring a long-term career in venture capital. Fellows operate with full-time responsibility across sourcing, diligence, portfolio problem-solving, and market research. No shadowing — real work, real ownership.
If you're hungry to learn by doing — not just watching — this is the fastest way to get hands-on venture experience.
Summer Internship (3–4 months) – Designed for MBA students, this program drops you straight into live deal-making. You’ll evaluate startups, source new opportunities, join founder discussions, support portfolio companies, and build investment theses — not as an observer, but as a core member of the team.
Previously we have had interns and fellows from esteemed schools like Wharton (University of Pennsylvania), INSEAD, and IIT Bombay.
